Terms of Service

Commissioning me means you are agreeing to the terms below.

General Terms

  • I need clear, visual and complete references (I may decline a commission or charge extra if the reference is not clear, due to the extra labor in figuring out design details. AI references will fall under this).

  • Please be upfront with details such as poses, expressions, outfits, etc. as I will not make changes after a certain point. If you do not specify these details, I will have creative freedom.

  • If asked, I am happy to provide a rough sketch before payment. However, I will not continue the piece until full payment is recieved (we can discuss payment plans for more expensive pieces if requested).

  • I hold the right to cancel a commission and give a full or partial refund for any reason.

  • Refunds will depend on how complete I am with a piece. If the piece is finished, there will be no refunds.

  • Not responding to messages within a week may lead to a cancellation of your commission. I will often check in with clients to make sure the final piece will turn out exactly as wanted, which means communication is necessary (unless it's labeled as SKEB-like). This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

  • Works can be posted online, so long as proper credit is given.

  • Work cannot be used for commercial purposes unless discussed before the commission is started.

  • There is absolutely no time when work can be used for AI or NFTs.

  • I will not draw anything promoting any sort of bigotry or harmful content (this includes but is not limited to: transphobia, homophobia, racism, pedophilia, zoophilia, sexual assault, etc.)

  • I WILL ask to see ID for any 18+ commissions, especially if I feel unsure about your age.

  • Please note that I am a full-time student with a job and unpredictable chronic pain that impacts my drawing wrist. I will make sure to communicate openly, but just note that I cannot always guarantee a quick TaT.

Physical Commissions

  • Please note that the colors may not always be perfect due to having a limited selection of tools. I will be asking you questions about color matching if the exact color option is not available.

  • I unfortunately can only ship within the US for the time being :( hoping to change this later
